politics..
hmm…I suppose all I have to say is: Socialism. Period. The End. I really hope everyone is happy when they are paying more than they have EVER paid in taxes just because they wanted to get all sentimental and go after Mitt Romney because of Social issues. As a woman, I can totally understand why anti-feminist remarks are offensive. However, because of the society we live in, people have this very skewed idea of what the “Greater Good” actually is. The Greater Good is when Americans can figure out, “Hey that guy who owns the billion dollar company is the one supplying a large majority of jobs.” It’s not when we say, “Hey, lets take half of this man’s income and give to people who DID NOT work for it.” Where is the sensibility? Americans have become so blinded by the social issues that they forget that those millionaires and billionaires are the ones responsible for about half the employment in this country. More people should be aware of these things, but unfortunately, they aren’t. Call me whatever you like, but in 2008, had I been just a year older, I would have voted for Obama, so please, don’t have any misgivings about what my intentions are. I just want people to understand that there really was no “Good Choice” this election. Because either sides viewpoints are just as skewed. I am an Independent voter. I’m not a Republican or a Democrat. And people of all Political Views really should get their heads out of their asses, or the sand, wherever they are, and realize that if some serious changes are not made then we are going to be in the kind of trouble that we have only dreamed about before…
